June 2024 – Avalon Securities Assists with Securing US$750MM Financing Commitment for Gold and Silver Project

We are pleased to announce that our strategic introduction has culminated in our client securing a financing package totaling US$750 million for the development, construction, and general working capital required to advance the Company’s 100%-owned gold and silver project. The financing is comprised of a US$100 mm equity investment, a US$200 mm gold stream, a US$350 mm senior secured loan, and a US$100 mm cost over-run facility. This financing significantly de-risks the project and provides our client with optionality, flexibility, and stakeholder alignment. We believe the ability to secure such a large competitively priced financing package from a sophisticated institutional investor further validates management’s strategic approach to developing the mine and highlights its compelling technical features which drive class-leading economics.
