Miroslav Reba
Miroslav (Miro) Reba has specialized in mining finance for two decades and has guided clients through various volatile cycles of the metals market, as he provides in-depth strategic and financial assistance to internationally based public and private companies in the Mineral and Mining sector. As such, Mr. Reba has cultivated a strong reputation for strategic and corporate financing with deep knowledge of assets, companies, and investors. Since joining Avalon in mid-2024, Miro has arranged over $800 million of capital, both equity and debt funding for public and private companies in the mining industry.
Prior to joining Avalon, Miro launched Tectonic Advisory Partners a firm through which he continues to strategically assist companies develop financially sound growth strategies in the volatile mining market environment. Early in his career, Miro established the mining practice at Rodman & Renshaw, where he arranged substantial capital for both public and private gold and other precious commodity companies. In addition, he was particularly active in the lithium space, responsible for financing several best-in-class lithium projects both in hard rock and brine across different geographies and subsequently providing impactful corporate advice. During his career, Mr. Reba has built a strong network of global relationships with companies and investors spanning the major mining markets (Australia, the U.S., and Canada).
Mr. Reba holds an international law degree from the University of Durham (England) and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of London. Miro is a FINRA registered broker with series 63 and 7 FINRA licenses. He has lived and worked in Croatia, Switzerland, England, and the United States and is fluent in four languages.
